1. Service Description

BetterSpace.ai provides artificial intelligence tools for real estate video generation. Our services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties regarding the factual accuracy of the generated media.

2. User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any property data or images you upload to BetterSpace.ai are accurate and that you have the right to use them. BetterSpace.ai is not responsible for any misleading real estate listings created using our tools.

3. Free Plan and Public Video Display

Videos created on the free plan may be displayed publicly on BetterSpace.ai and associated properties, including our public video feed. Associated listing content you submit (photos, property titles, addresses, and generated video) may be visible to anyone, including via direct links and search engines.

By using the free plan and generating a video, you grant BetterSpace.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that video and related metadata for marketing, demonstration, and service-promotion purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded content and that public display is appropriate for the listing.

4. Free Trial Offers

Free trial offers may be redeemed only once per person, business, household, or payment method, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You may not create or use multiple accounts, email addresses, payment methods, devices, identities, or other means to obtain more than one free trial or to bypass trial eligibility limits.

We may refuse, cancel, revoke, or limit any free trial, credit, account, or generated content if we believe a user has attempted to abuse, duplicate, transfer, resell, or otherwise misuse a free trial offer. We may also suspend or terminate accounts involved in duplicate trial attempts or other promotional abuse.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to our Refund Policy and authorize BetterSpace.ai to charge your provided payment method.

All purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused subscription periods, partial billing cycles, and charges resulting from a failure to cancel before the next renewal date (including after a free trial ends). It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription via your account settings before the next billing date to avoid future charges. See our Refund Policy for full details, including the limited exception for confirmed technical failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

BetterSpace.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI-generated content in real estate transactions.
