BetterSpace.ai no-refund policy for GPU-backed generation, AI output limitations, and credits for confirmed platform technical failures.

1. No-Refund Policy

BetterSpace.ai utilizes high-performance GPU processing to generate AI video content in real-time. Because these computational resources are consumed immediately upon generation, all sales are final. BetterSpace.ai does not offer refunds once a video generation has been initiated.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our technology creates synthetic media. By using BetterSpace.ai, you acknowledge that AI-generated videos may contain visual artifacts, structural inaccuracies, or “hallucinations” (e.g., distorted textures or illogical spatial layouts). These occurrences are a characteristic of current generative technology and do not constitute a “defective” product.

3. Subscription Plans

All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date. BetterSpace.ai does not issue refunds for:

  • Unused subscription periods
  • Forgetting to cancel after a free trial ends
  • Accounts that have not been actively used during the billing period

To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings at any time before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Free trials and promotional credits are intended for genuine first-time evaluation of BetterSpace.ai. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly access free trials, using temporary email addresses, or any other method to circumvent trial limitations constitutes abuse and is strictly prohibited. BetterSpace.ai reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in trial abuse and to charge for usage obtained through such means. No refunds or credits will be issued to accounts found in violation of this policy.

5. Technical Errors

If a video fails to render or is undeliverable due to a confirmed technical system error on our platform, BetterSpace.ai will issue a generation credit to your account. Refund requests for technical failures must be submitted via our Contact page within 24 hours of the incident.
