Account and project data
When you create an account or use the BetterSpace.ai service we collect:
- Email address — used to create and manage your account.
- Property photos, addresses, and text descriptions — submitted by you to generate listing videos and virtual-staging images.
- Free-plan videos and related listing metadata: if you create videos on the free plan, those videos and associated property details (such as photos, titles, and addresses) may be shown publicly on BetterSpace.ai, including our public video feed.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent third party. We receive only limited transaction metadata (e.g., last-four card digits, billing country, transaction IDs). BetterSpace.ai does not store, access, or control your full payment credentials.
Analytics and usage data
We use third-party services to understand how visitors use the site:

2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to:
- Deliver and improve the BetterSpace.ai service.
- Display and promote free-plan videos on BetterSpace.ai, including our public video feed at /feed.
- Process and record payments through Stripe.
- Analyze site usage and measure advertising performance.
- Send transactional communications (e.g., receipts, account notices).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services — No Liability
BetterSpace.ai integrates third-party services including Stripe, Microsoft, and Google. We are not responsible for the data practices, security, or privacy policies of any third party. Your use of third-party features is governed entirely by their terms. We encourage you to review:

4. Data Security — No Guarantee
We apply industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for uploaded assets. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. BetterSpace.ai makes no warranty, express or implied, that your data will be free from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You submit data at your own risk.
5. Cookies and Consent
A consent banner is shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored in localStorage under bs_consent. Note that Microsoft and Google scripts may load on page render and those providers may process data independently according to their own policies, regardless of your consent choice on this site. BetterSpace.ai is not liable for any such processing.
You may clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings.

BetterSpace.ai reserves the right to retain anonymized or aggregated data derived from your account indefinitely.
7. Your Rights and Account Deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account deletion is not self-serve. You must submit a deletion request via our contact page. We will process confirmed requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records. We reserve the right to verify your identity before acting on any request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetterSpace.ai, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (a) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (b) data collected or misused by third-party services; (c) interruption or cessation of data-related services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this policy is to stop using the service.
9. Children’s Privacy
The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Any such data brought to our attention will be deleted promptly.

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
